We are open 24/7 throughout the year and are proud to provide our own out of hours service at our Bishop Auckland branch, where our dedicated night team is on hand to monitor your pet and deliver attentive care. 

They have access to a range of state-of-the-art equipment and facilities, so you can trust that your pet will be in safe hands. 

If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call ahead to your usual branch number, so that you can be put through to the Bishop Auckland team.
